Something takes you through unknown or unfamiliar terrain leading you to a conclusion.
Maybe not the answer, but a direction to follow helping you make up your own mind.
These paths can meander in and out of solutions until you realise the direction you are heading in is right for you.

Mentoring is an innovative process for the informal transmission of knowledge, social capital, and psychosocial support. It is founded in communication, accessible via online experience or face to face experience.
Knowledge is gained through dialogue and resources sharing, this occurs over a sustained period of time, we offer a selection of mentoring program packages featuring fortnightly or monthly meetings varying in duration.

You are a leader. So how do you become more effective? Discovering your potential to grow and succeed often requires the space to do so with safety and clear guidance. We design leadership development programs, teacher renewal retreats, and programs for personal development that aim to develop personal and professional integrity and then the courage to act on it. Our programs are for leaders from all walks of life and those who aspire to leadership.
The aim of our program is to help leaders sustain and renew their passion, enthusiasm and commitment to leadership and to the communities they serve. Your facilitator is accredited by the Center for Courage & Renewal based in Seattle, founded by Parker J. Palmer.
Courage & Renewal® retreats foster personal and professional renewal by offering the time and space to reflect on life and work, and to:
- Pause, be still, and disconnect from technology and the pace of a leader’s life.
- Name the “leadership moment” you’re currently in and investigate, talk through, and honour both struggles and successes.
- Witness and be witnessed, listen and be listened to—without performance evaluation, comparison, or ego.
- Learn new skills for strengthening the capacity to ask open-ended questions, hold tensions, and re-join soul and role.
“Conversations that matter” is for those who are looking for a new relationship with their work and their working life, and for those who wish to grow and monitor this process themselves.
Aimed at helping you learn while you work and work while you learn. Participants find space to discern both alone and together with others in a fully supported online environment.
It is a journey of inspiration and renewal which enables the development of personal leadership in your working life. The experience will inspire you to take active steps, to discover depth and insight whilst being enterprising in your own life.
An online group is established to explore our relationship to work and life through carefully selected tasks of reflection, conversation and open learning protocols. The program is a fully supported forum for personal and professional growth to embark on over a seven month period.
Participants join a cohort of fellow travellers and an experienced facilitator who hosts, guides and supports you whilst you engage in critical reflective practices, dialogue and exploration of open space learning protocols.
Our approach is inspired by the body of work by Jos van der Brug & Kees Locher, and also informed by Rudolf Seiner’s anthroposophy and is underpinned by Parker Palmer’s essential learning space criteria: openness, boundaries and an air of hospitality.
Each participant is equipped with:
- quality resources journal & kit
- access to our online community through established learning platform
- tools, resources and readings
- a sense of community engagement & wonder
